Gates Australia Will Have An Interactive Stand With New Products & Prizes For All Attendees

Gates Australia, a leading global provider of application-specific fluid power and power transmission solutions, announced they will be exhibiting at the Australian Auto Aftermarket Expo held at the Melbourne Convention and  Exhibition Centre from April 4th to 6th, 2019.

This year Gates Australia will be exhibiting from an 81m² stand at location K42 during this year’s expo. The Gates Australia stand will showcase a number of new and popular products covering a wide range of automotive systems including cooling, accessory belt drive, synchronous belt drive and tools.

A visit to the Gates stand is a must for all in the automotive aftermarket industry with a number of new products to view across cooling, accessory belt drive system and synchronous belt drive system including modular hose and RPM belts. 

OEM’s are increasingly designing modular hose into new vehicles. These modular hoses now have quick-connectors, sensors, restrictors, check valves, and other components built into the hose. Whilst commonly found on European vehicles produced since 2000, modular hoses are now found on almost all current vehicles and present great sales opportunities for distributors, resellers and workshops alike.

Gates new RPM™ Micro-V® belts that are designed for high performance and forced induction engines, providing a premium belt option not before seen in the automotive aftermarket.

With the recent release of the Gates Online Catalogue 2.0 attendees will also be able to try the new features of the catalogue that makes finding the correct Gates part for any application easier than ever before.

The Gates stand will also feature a kiosk where attendees can instantly win a prize, all participants will also go into a minor prize draw with 40 Gates tools on offer as well as go into a separate major prize draw to win a BBQ hosted by a Gates sponsored racing driver, either Andrei Heimgartner (Supercars), Victor & Ben Bray (Drag Racing) or Jay Upton (Drag Racing).

Gates will also be hosting ‘Happy Hour’ on the Friday night of the expo from 6pm to 7pm, everyone attending the expo is welcome to enjoy free drinks on the Gates stand.
