C14 Hose Insertion Die Holder For use with Hose Insertion Dies. Required for inserting hose into ferrule on all sizes. Use the fixture to mount the Hose Insertion Die Holder onto a bench top to aid in the assembly of Gates C14 hose. Each item listed in the table below must be ordered separately. C14 Hose Insertion Dies
Used to guide the hose into the ferrule when used with the Hose Insertion Die Holder. One set required for each hose size. See product numbers listed in Gates Crimp Data and Dies Manual.

C14 Hose Expanders

Used to expand the hose and round out the tube after cutting and to insert the stem into the hose. One expander required for each hose size. See product numbers listed in Gates Crimp Data and Dies Manual.

C14 Swage Pushers

Specially designed to accommodate Gates C14 couplings. They protect the threads and bottom out on the dies to complete the swage. Use the C14 Swage Data Chart in Gates Crimp Data and Dies Manual to determine the proper pushers.

C14 Swage Dies

Specifically designed to swage Gates C14 hose assemblies. They provide the required swage dimensions to meet full performance. One die set is required for each hose size. See product numbers listed in Gates Crimp Data and Dies Manual.
